What is the Definition of a Grubbie?

I think all Pershing Rifles Alumni remember this question?

But do you remember the definition?  

Do you have the nerve to post what you remember the definition to be, without any fear that one of the actives when you were a Grubbie will catch you if you don't remember it right after all these years?

A grubbie is something unique to H-7 created by our own Fred Roberts.  I recently got the correct definition straight out of Marty Fry's old pledge manual.  So let's see who can get it correct...or closest.  Of course, Marty, Fred and I can't participate.  Maybe we'll have a prize at the reunion!
