CAPER Company Q-15
CAPER Company Q-15 was located at Penn Morton College in Chester, Pennsylvania and were affiliated with the Pershing Rifles Company at Pennsylvania Military College. (I also remember them being known as PMC Colleges.) They were the newest CAPER Company when one of their members attended the 1969 National Convention at San Antonio, Texas. Here is her picture:
