CAPER Company P-4 was located at Tuskegee Institute (now University) in Tuskegee, Alabama.  According to the 1968 Pershing Rifleman CAPER Company P-4 was chartered during the 1967-68 school year (or at least after the 1967 article was written). 

After writing the section above, I received a binder full of CAPER documents and letters.....and the Company P-4 charter application would have been sent in just as the school year ended and sat in our ROTC building until we got back to school in August.  They were one of three companies that did this!!!

There is still a Pershing Angels Company at Tuskegee University, although the unit name has changed slightly.  It is now Company P-4-5.  We welcome their active and alumni members to this site, too.  If they know the actual date of the original charter we would love to get it.  I actually hope that the current Pershing Angel Companies can find their CAPER Charters and send us the copies!  OK, Pershing Angels, start hunting.  Chirp!
