CAPER Company C-4 was located at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. The unit probably was chartered some time in the 1968-69 school year. Linda remembers when this Company was chartered, as it was the largest company ever chartered! Later when she had to set up the regimental boundaries and headquarters, she though immediately of C-4. First because they were so large and also because they were located at the same University as Pershing Rifles Fourth Regiment. Linda first met staff members of Pershing Rifles 4th Regiment at the 1968 Spring National Convention (her first) and liked them immediately. She was thrilled when CAPER Company C-4 accepted the CAPER Fourth Regimental Headquarters.
