CAPER Company B-5 was located at Pennsylvania State University at the University Park Campus. They were chartered during the 1968-69 school year.

| 1971: There were no names in this picture and it was the worst quality for their faces (Because of the old "half tone" system of making photos show up in print, they don't scan well....rats!!!). I still put this picture on the page, because it was actually good quality on the ribbons when enlarged. That is how I realized that I had the national membership ribbon and the national staff ribbon mixed up! |
