CAPER Company B-15 was located at Virginia State College in Petersburg, VA. They are now a Pershing Angels Company. I didn't know when they started until recently. I found out on-line that CAPER Company B-15 started in 1971. I've got one of their alumni checking to find out if any one knows when they were actually chartered.
