CAPER Company M-4
and
National Headquarters

For a period of time in the late 1970's and the early 1980's the CAPER National Headquarters was located at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.  That is all we know about the Headquarters being there.  We also have the name of one National Commander there (see below).  We hope that we can fill in this time in our organization's history.  If you were in CAPERS at Appalachian State University, please get in touch with us.

At the NATCON, March 2010, Linda met two young ladies who were active members of the Pershing Rifles Company at Appalachian State University.   They had never heard of CAPERS and where interested to learn about their place in CAPER history.  They were also glad to finally know what the pictures in their student union were.  They are pictures of a group of girls in military uniforms.

I was able to find to find the 1978 and 1980 Appalachian State University yearbooks and found the member names below.  There was no reference to the National Headquarters and Susan Rice's name was not in either yearbook.

This page was created to give a place where the Alumni of the Coed Affiliates Pershing Rifles Company M-4 at Appalachian State University and National Headquarters can find people and share their memories.  Here are some links to make this page better:
