| Linda is an active real estate broker who is
licensed in Missouri. She lists and sells real estate with The Best
Seller GMAC Real Estate, which is located in St. Charles Missouri.
A few years ago, Linda created some unique products for
real estate brokers and agents. What makes them unique is that they
can be customized.....and that they are affordable priced! She is
selling them on her own web
site, through RealtyStar, the
leading re-seller of real estate products, and at real estate seminars and
training sessions.
Linda has always loved to train others. She
started giving adult trainings in the 1970's as a Girl Scout volunteer
trainer. She took the week-long "train the trainer"
program to be qualified to do that. After she had been in real
estate a few years, new agents would often come to her for help. She
also gave orientation to members of the St. Charles County Association of
REALTORS® for many years.
Linda has always made sure that she had kept up-to-date
on the changes in the real estate profession and has taken as many
training course and seminars as she could. With her training
background, she would often say to herself during seminars given by
national speakers, "I could do as good or better than that....but I
don't have any products to sell."
Now it is all coming together. Linda is ready to
get "on the road" giving seminars.
She was recently named by the National Association of REALTORS® and
Internet Crusade as one of the few Certified e-PRO Trainers in the nation,
which allows her to teach the course "Introduction to e-PRO" and
enroll students in the e-PRO Certification course at any of her seminars
